Friday 13th  2012

   

      Hi, diary!

      My mother bought you yesterday. My name is Sujata Bhatt and I am 10 years old. I live in a small country called India that is far away from the other countries.

     One day I was sleeping and my mother started to shout, telling me, “Sujata, Sujata,  put something on and come here now”. I was scared because my mother never shouted so loudly. So I was afraid. I went downstairs and she told me, “The English want to conquer our country”. Hooooo, my father was working. “Mother, imagine if the   English people kill father”, I said.

    At that moment somebody knocked at the door. They were the English people. “Sujata, go to your bedroom and stay quiet, please. Well, if I don’t see you anymore, I want to tell you something: I love you”, mother told me. The soldiers took my mother. I was alone. I didn’t have mother and father so I didn’t want my life. I went out. I was  walking, looking at all the Indian people dead in the street. Somebody told me, “Sujata”. It was an English soldier. I started to run because I was scared and somebody started running behind me. A man started to hit the person that was running behind me. That man was my father. We went to my house so the English people didn’t see us. We started to drink something and somebody knocked at the door. I opened and it was my mother. I was very happy.

     I am going to tell you something: I love my family.         

     Well diary, I want to stay with my family. Then another day I will write to you another thing.

Report

Report on complaints and suggestions at Newlands School



Introduction
The purpose of this report is to consider the complaints and suggestions of the students of secondary school at Newlands. I interviewed 50 students and then I put all the information together to compare.

Complaints
The main complaints are:
students cannot use the cellphone in class
the toilets are not in good conditions
students cannot go to the toilet in time that is not the break time
students cannot run in the break time
teachers give a lots of homework
teachers give a lots of exams.

Suggestions
Most of the students agree that:
they want to wear any sweatshirt under the sweater
they want to go all the day in the gym uniform
prices in the kiosk should be lower
the kiosk need to have more things

Conclusion and Recommendation
It is important to listen the students because they spend all the day in the school. I think that the head can do some things that we want and need

Nosotros usamos un programa llamado Scratch, este es un programa donde en una pantalla blanca, se pueden hacer mover objetos, y ademas cambiar su fondo, etc. Programar puede usarse en 2 sentidos, Idear y ordenar las acciones necesarias para realizar algo, o, Preparar un dispositivo para que realice un función. 
Scratch es un programa, donde programas que un  objeto  realize una acción, desde moverse, hasta girar.

L/L writing soliloqui 2012

Ooooh, my god! Tomorrow I have to go to fight with Perseus against Medusa and it is very difficult. She can kill me like a stone or kill me with the sword. I have to take a  sword to kill her, and cut her head and a shield to see her. Oooooh, my god! I don’t want to go, probably she will kill me because she is the strongest girl of the world. I am        scared, and… if I don’t go? No… I have to go because Perseus is my best friend, I can´t betray him. And my family? I am not going to see them more in my life because Medusa is going to kill me. Why is this happening to me? Why? I don’t want to go. I want to stay with my family and my children. Please, Perseus go with the other soldiers to kill Medusa. I want to stay here because she is going to kill me. And I  am not going to see my father, my mother and my family again. I live with my wife that her name is Pilar and our children call Augusto and Franco. My father call Mariano and my mother died. Yes, I have 2 children and a wife. Oooooh, I have to go with Perseus now. Bye Pili, bye Franco, bye Augusto and bye father. I love you very much.      

Myth

At the begining of the times, God was trying to finish this wonderful creation, Earth. Pitfully there was someone born in the world who was completely different from God, Devil.He was the worst person that had ever existed. He disagreed in everything. God made plants, water, soil, people, vegetation, fruits among other things. But vegetables couldn't grow from the air, so he created trees but there was a problem: Devil. He didn't agree in making that. He thought that humans could be so stupid that they would not reailse. But God Thought completely different. So God on purpose tried to make humans more inteligents. But Devil made the more stupid every day. Finally God and Devil fought a super master battle wich consisted in playing paintball. After long hours long hours of battle God could won and defeat Devil. He could do what he wnated. After all humans realised about vegetables and developed other new techniques to get better food every single day.
